1. Purpose of this Notice
This privacy notice (“Notice”) describes how EUTELSAT S.A. The Data Controller processes any Personal Data fairly, lawfully, and in accordance with all applicable laws.
2. Personal Data that the Data Controller collects
The Data Controller may collect your Personal Data, including but not limited to: name and surname, date of birth, home address, fixed and/or mobile telephone number, email address and any data relevant for the purposes of the data processing defined under article 3 below. The Data Controller will collect your Personal Data directly from you, when you will visit http://www.konnect-europe.com/ or one of the Euro Broadband sub -websites (together the “Euro Broadband Websites”) and you will request to be contacted back in order to receive information on Euro Broadband Services and Products. The contact will be managed by a customer (hereinafter the “Distributor”) of Euro Broadband Infrastructure Sarl, based in Nyon, Business Park Route de Crassier 7 1262 Eysins (Switzerland), one company of the Eutelsat Group. The provision of your Personal Data is voluntary, but the refusal to provide such data or to have such data processed by the Data Controller will result in the Data Controller being unable to provide your Personal Data to the Distributor in order to contact you and provide you with any information you may need on Euro Broadband Services and Products.
3. Use of Personal Data
The Data Controller will process your Personal Data exclusively in order to respond to your request of information about Euro Broadband Services and Products. The processed Personal Data are made available to the Data Controller’s marketing and IT support teams based in Italy and France, the service provider named Salesforce and the system Integrator named Pragma-Consulting (22 rue Gustave Eiffel, 78300 Poissy, France – http://www.pragma-consulting.fr/). The Data Controller will list your Personal Data in a database only for the time necessary for the purposes for which the Personal Data were collected or as required by law, but will not make any use of said database for other marketing purposes rather those purposes listed under Article 3 without your specific consent.
4. Disclosure and International Transfer of Personal Data
Distributor/s operating in the country where the data subject lives and to those persons who need such access for the purpose described above, or who will process such Personal Data in their capacity as persons in charge of the processing. These persons or entities could be located abroad, and therefore your Personal Data could be transferred to other EU countries, but only for the above purpose.
5. Data Security and Data Processing Conditions
The Data Controller endeavors to maintain all the physical, technical and organizational security measures necessary to protect Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in compliance with all applicable laws. Personal Data is processed electronically and also manually according to methods and procedures consistent with the above mentioned processing purposes.
6. Data Retention
Data is retained for a period of 3 (three) years following the date it was collected, or from your last contact with us.
7. Data Controller and Data Processor
Broadband Marketing Department, 70, Rue Balard, 75015 Paris, France. The database containing your Personal Data will be hosted and managed by a data processor appointed by Data Controller for the purposes set forth in this Notice.
8. Access to Personal Data and other Privacy Rights
Data protection law grants you several rights concerning your Personal Data. The Data Controller undertakes to protect your Personal Data and comply with applicable data protection law.

|1. Right to be informed||The user/data subject has the right to receive clear, transparent and easily understandable information about how and why his or her data are being processed and about his or her rights. This is the reason why the information included in this privacy notice is provided.|

Right of access||The user/data subject has the right to get access to his or her personal data that are being processed and other information (similar to the ones provided in the present privacy notice). The purpose is to make sure that the user/data subject is aware of and can check whether its own personal data are used in compliance with data protection law.|
